Project delivery, particularly in IT, has a terrible track record for successful implementations. Very smart people fail to deliver projects per the original success criteria. A substantial part of our value proposition is not just our expertise and ability to delivery to expectation, but rather in real dollars that do not need to be paid to a team of consultants that many firms want to put on the ground. In many cases we only need to place a single resource.

We filter the noise to ensure the project tracks to its goals, while forecasting anything that would cause it interference. We can't eliminate all the interference, but we do provide the early warning indicators. We can then bring the potential issue forward to minimize any impact to the project or your business.
